John Gannon held his Captain’s Prize Day on Sunday 3rd August. Despite some inclement weather there was a great attendance of members & visitors. All of those who played thoroughly enjoyed the test of golf followed by the presentation ??of prizes that took place in the clubhouse on Sunday evening. At the presentation a lot of tributes were paid to our Captain for his efforts and work done during the season. John thanked all his family and friends and committee members who helped to make his job so enjoyable. ??Tributes were also paid to the ground staff for having the course in such great condition.
